I was wondering how someone goes up a skill level during a bye week? I understand that I should be playing at this skill level, but did someone rat me out  or was it delayed a week? |

In your team's envelope last week was a letter addressed to you, explaining what was going to happen. You weren't "ratted out", you were raised as a result of the HAC process that was explained in another thread in this forum.
