Once again we had a good turnout for the MVP tournaments at PJ's Pub. Congratulations to the following players, who finished in the money:
9-Ball
Low Tier (SL 1-3)

Middle Tier (SL 4-5)

High Tier (SL 6-9)

Second Place - Jerry Lin
8-Ball
Low Tier (SL 2-3)

Third Place - Michelle Green & Chris Barit
Middle Tier (SL 4-5)
First Place - Tracy Young
Second Place - Paul Ayres

Third Place - Aaron McConnell & Jerry Lin
First place paid $200 in each tournament and second paid $100. In the 8-Ball tournaments, third place paid $50.

Yup. Tracy kicked some butt in the final against my teammate Paul. I must say, the entire Smoking Bandits team engaged in serious voodoo chanting to the pool gods to try and give Paul an advantage and she simply overcame all of it. Great shooting, Tracy!

I had the "pleasure" of getting knocked out by Tracy in the semi-final in straight sets! She is a deserving champion & played great. Sportsmanship was great all around.
