We're considering a change to the payouts in the Master's division beginning next session. For the first two sessions, all of the payout money has gone to the teams finishing the regular session in first and second place. We are considering holding some of the money back for the team that wins the playoffs. For instance, this session the first-place team will receive $800 and second place $400. Under the proposed change it would be something like $600 for first, $300 for second, and $300 to the winner of the playoffs. This would make the playoffs worth more than just a shot at a Triple-Play slot.
Those of you who play in the Master's division, what do you think?
