For those of you participating in the Spring Regionals next weekend at The Mix, here are a few details of the planned schedule.

The players' meeting for 8-Ball will be at 9:30 Saturday morning. After the meeting we will call the first set of matches. I have worked out the beginnings of a schedule, but won't be posting anything until after we remove the first round no-show matches. We will play 8-Ball until sometime between 4:30 and 5:00 PM, at which point we will switch to 9-Ball for the remainder of the day. We expect to play until about 11 PM Saturday.

We will resume at 9:00 Sunday morning, at which point it will once again be 8-Ball only. At about noon the 9-Ball players will come back and we will be calling both 8-Ball and 9-Ball matches until we're done.

We don't expect to finish before 6 PM on Sunday.

Good luck to everyone - we're running the event so we won't be able to cheer for you, at least not publicly!

Phil

The packet you (should have) received from the national office tells you what time to show up. If you didn't receive it, give us a call. If you didn't read it, don't call us.

What time should the 9-Ball only players show up, same time?
