Grand Slam patches are earned by those players who manage a 9-Ball Break, 9-Ball Break & Run, 8-Ball Break and 8-Ball Break & Run all within the same session. The Summer 2007 Grand Slam patch recipients are:

As we did not have captains' meetings at the start of Fall, and since these patches disappeared when we attempted to send them through the usual channels (team envelopes), I'll have them with me this weekend at the Tournament of Champions.
