A Grand Slam patch is earned by accomplishing an 8-Ball Break, 8-Ball Break & Run, 9-Ball Break & 9-Ball Break & Run all during the same session. A number of players get 3 out of 4, but you need to get them all in order to receive a Grand Slam patch.
