I worked with the late Mel Ducharme, the first west coast Monk Billiard Academy master instructor. He lived here in Camarillo, and was planning to expand. He was one of the first to be accredited by the " Monk " Tim Miller. Sadly, Mel became ill, and was unable to continue. He passed away last summer. The Monk academy is a great way to improve your game. They have the academy, books, dvd's, and traveling schools. You can even sign up to have tips emailed to you. Check it out.I highly recommend their methods. Mel became my friend and he will be missed. A few from the South Coast Apa took lessons from Mel.
