Many of you have probably already noticed that we have not scheduled any captains' meetings for Fall Session. This is because we have nothing to go over, so we feel the meetings are unnecessary. However, there are a couple of things we do at every captains' meeting. The first is confirm teams for the new session and make changes to rosters, host locations, team names, pickup locations, etc. In your envelope this week there is a form you can use to make these changes. Please fill out whatever you know at this time and send that form back with your scoresheet this week.
If you need to make more changes before Fall Session starts, there is also a form on this web site that will allow you to do so. On the right-hand side of the home page is a link to Fall Session Info. Click this link and you will be able to go to that form.
The other thing we do at captains' meetings is pass out prize checks from the previous session. The form on the web site has a place where you can tell us what to do with that check. The choices are credit your team, send it out with your week one envelope, mail it to the captain, or donate it to the Emergency Relief Fund. The form in your envelope is missing that part, but you can write it as a note on the back of the form.
We also pass out team packets at captains' meetings, but for Fall Session only new teams will automatically get a new packet. The only change from last session is the Dates To Remember sheet, which we will send out with your week one paperwork. If you need more forms (Skill Level Evaluation Request, Sportsmanship Incident, Scoresheets, etc.), you can print them from the Docs & Forms section of the website, or send us a note and we'll send some out to you. If you really want a new packet, let us know and we'll send the whole thing out as well.
If we've forgotten anything you need for the transition from Summer to Fall, let us know and we'll take care of it - and remember, YOU PLAY AT HOME THE FIRST WEEK UNLESS WE CALL YOU.

At the meeting you usally let people know if the broke 300, 400, 500 ect. matches played. I think I finally broke 500 how can I check?

Sorry Derrick, you'll have to wait until you break 600 then hope we have meetings that session.

Speaking of fall session... not that I'm anxious or anything but do we know approximately when schedules will be posted? Thanks.

It won't be until later this week, as we get closer to week one. Anything posted sooner would undoubtedly be wrong...
